"Several months ago I came to Optimized Wellness and met with Amy because my psychiatrist recommended that I try bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. I had been struggling with what I thought was severe mental health issues for the previous year and a half and I was not responding to antidepressants that my primary doctor had prescribed me .
